RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means
you have 14 days after receiving your item
to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must
meet one of the following conditions:
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong item was received
- Item never arrived after 35 business days
Please note: We do not accept returns for
change of mind, wrong size ordered by
customer, or minor colour differences due
to screen display.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at
support@petalbabyco.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your full name and address
We will respond within 24-48 hours with
next steps. Items sent back without first
requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception
and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the
wrong item, so that we can evaluate the
issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned after 14 days of receipt
- Sale items and gift cards
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to
return the item you have. Once the return
is accepted, make a separate purchase for
the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If merchandise is being shipped into the
European Union, you have the right to
cancel or return your order within 14 days
for any reason. Your item must be in the
same condition that you received it, unused
and in its original packaging with proof
of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return request is approved:
- Digital refunds are processed within
5-7 business days
- Refund goes back to your original
payment method
- PayPal refunds appear within 3-5
business days
- Card refunds may take up to 10 business
days depending on your bank
